He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jennipher and Beth; his wife Carole Teague of Salem, MO; his sons, David Teague (Tina) of Salem, MO and Justin Teague (Rhonda) of St. James, MO; his stepdaughters, Jennipher Sherrill of St. Cloud, FL and Beth Sherrill of Orlando, FL; his siblings, Dale Teague and Bonnie Murray of Sligo, MO; his grandchildren, Ashley, Mackenzie, Tyler, Lela, Dillon, Coty, Caitlin and Caycee; his great grandchildren, Jaylani, Kolten, Brailynn, Tucker and Jerimiah; and his daughter Susan Farr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Doyle Teague to the Washington University Siteman Cancer Center for Liver Cancer Research or to the Delbert Day Cancer Institute and left at Wilson Mortuary.
