He is survived by: his wife Shirley Boxx of Salem, MO; his daughters, Shelly Zimbelman (Todd) of Eureka, MO and Kristina Bounds (Benji) of House Springs, MO; his siblings, Danny Boxx (Judy) of Salem, MO, Beverly Adrian (Dale) of Alton, MO and Tommy Boxx of Salem, MO; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Karen and Logan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, dear friends.
