He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bergner of Salem, MO; his daughter Deborah Fore (Keith) of Salem, MO; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Nicole Fore and Brett Logan Fore; and his nieces, Belinda Crocker (Gary), Kathy Wood (Loren) and Mary Kay Hampton (Ben). He is also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
