He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Rodrick Avery and Callie Rose Avery (Cashmore). He is survived by: his children, Alyssa Avery of St. Louis, MO and Alex Avery of St. Louis, MO; and his brothers, Charles Avery of Terre Haute, IN, Peter Avery of St. Louis, MO and Michael Marshall of Terre Haute, IN. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
