It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chantell Young of Salem, Missouri, who passed away on December 28, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Chantell Young to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Huebert Morgan; her mother-in-law Sandra Young; and her grandparents, Rev. Ernest and Alice Norris. She is survived by: her husband John Young of Salem, MO; her children, Erica Sheppard (Josh) of Salem, MO, Andrea Gapsch of Salem, MO, Trevor Young (Vallory) of Sullivan, MO and Sara Young (Joe Barnes) of Overland Park, KS; her mother Alice Morgan of Rolla, MO; her siblings, Patti Norris (Patsy), Edward Morgan (Susan) and Dena Dennis (George); and her grandchildren, Preston, Emmalee, Chloe, Lexi, Beckham, Tanner, Violet and Remi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel (1000 Scenic Rivers Blvd, Salem, MO 65560).
