He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith of Salem, MO; his children, Terry Voyles (Paris) of Salem, MO, Shawn Smith of Salem, MO, Dawn Inman of Salem, MO and Jessie Smith of Salem, MO; and his brother Tony Smith (Liz). He is also survived by several stepbrothers, thirteen grandchildren, extended family, and dear friends.
