He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Williams and Opal Williams (Delong); his siblings, Marie Collins, Eugene Williams, Zora Pease and Carolyn Prock; and his son-in-law Roger Fandel.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Williams of Salem, MO; his children, Loretta Fandel of Salem, MO and Richard Williams (Karen) of Stover, MO; his grandchildren, Tracy Coburn (Kevin), Richard Williams and Rachel Vandiver (Josh); and his great grandchildren, Jason Coburn, Ryan Coburn (Carly), Deanna Whitaker (Thomas), Dalynn Vandiver, Archer Vandiver and Harper Vandiver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made in memory of Arthur Williams to Hooker Cemetery and left with Wilson Mortuary.
