He is survived by: his wife Shericia Cook of Salem, MO; his daughters, Crystal Cook of Salem, MO and Larissa Brown (Jeff) of Salem, MO; his siblings, Bill Cook (Sherry) of Salem, MO and Cheri Ellens (Jon) of Nixa, MO; his siblings-in-law, Michelle Reeves (Grant) of Richland, MO and Chris Capps (Barb) of Alma, MO; and his grandchildren, Brock, Alexis and Isabella. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
