He is survived by: his wife Francene Siebert (Basler) of Sainte Genevieve, MO; his children, Kevin Siebert (Christy) of Sainte Genevieve, MO, William "Billy" Siebert (Betty Joggerst) of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Denise Dolan of Rockville, MD, Tonia Carron of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Elizabeth "Beth" Michel (Jason) of Barnhart, MO and Natalie Siebert of Farmington, MO; his siblings, Teresa Gomez (Kenneth), Mary McKinstry (Bruce), Kathy Holland (Jim), Sharon Cooper (Russ), Geriann Siebert (Phil Royal) and Joey Siebert Jr. (Jan); and his grandchildren, Kelsie, Brayden, Matthew, Seth, Mary, Magdalen, Rosemary, Kevin Jr., Maria, Edward, William, Emma, Zachary, Ella, Dylan Michel (Deanna), Alexander, Tobias, Owen, Brystol, Luxie and Piper. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Several Nephews.
