He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hochstatter and Earlene Hochstatter (Greenlee). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hochstatter (Casey); his son Terry Ayres; his stepsons, James Noll Jr. (Destiny) of Farmington and Jeremy Noll (Virginia) of Park Hills; his grandchildren, Alex Noll, Sylar Noll, Joseph Kelley, Katelynn Noll, Samuel Noll and Raelynn Noll; his stepgrandchildren, Xavier, Trinity and Jace; and his sister Brenda Weekley.
