She was predeceased by: her husband Col. Thomas G. "Tiny" Elder; her parents, Edgar Moore and Stella Moore (Boyer); her sisters, Nelda Oberle and Marjorie Bequette; her sons-in-law, Stephen E. Woods and William Webb; and her grandson Bruce (Ando II).
She is survived by: her children, Linda Woods of Stratford, CT, Julia Elder of Dexter, MO, Thomas Elder Jr. (Jan) of Chino, CA, Joel Elder (Carol) of Matthews, NC, Mark Elder of Chicago, IL, David Elder (Tempie) of Blairsville, GA and Steve Elder (Melanie) of Sainte Genevieve, MO; and her grandchildren, Chris Elder (Kelly), Nick Elder (Amber), Candice Alvarez (Alex), Samantha O'Dell (Danielle), Joshua Robinson (Heather), Thomas Elder and William Elder. She is also survived by Numerous Great Grandchildren, Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Basler Funeral Home (685 Center Dr, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Church of Ste. Genevieve (49 Dubourg Pl, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670).
