He is survived by: his children, Ian Whitworth of South Bend, IN, Aaron Whitworth (Maritza) of Imperial, MO, Caleb Whitworth of Sainte Genevieve, MO and Ashley Miller (Curt) of Farmington, MN; his siblings, Jeff Whitworth and Tracy Trenberth; his grandchildren, Ian-Michael, Isaac, Isabella Whitworth, Elijah and Joshua Whitworth; and the mother of his children Lisa Whitworth.
