He was predeceased by: his father Jonas Palmer; his parents-in-law, Norman Thomure and Vernetta Thomure; and his brother-in-law Larry Thomure. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Palmer (Thomure) of Ste. Genevieve, MO; his children, Lucas Palmer (Kristen) of St. Charles, MO and Katie Palmer (Ryan Newton) of Imperial, MO; his granddaughters, Charlotte, Eleanor and Hazel; his mother Leatrice Palmer (Eisenbeis) of Ste. Genevieve, MO.; and his siblings, Jean Brischle (Paul) of Ste. Genevieve, MO, Randy Palmer (Maggie) of Ste. Genevieve, MO and Peggy Bohnert (Danny) of Ste. Genevieve, MO. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Basler Funeral Home (685 Center Dr, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Church (11824 Zell Rd, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670).
In lieu of flowers, donations will be made to local charities chosen by the family.
