He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Walter Kemmerer and Thelma Elizabeth Hunt-Kemmerer; his sister Barbie Smith; and his granddaughter Brittany Sosebee. He is survived by: his wife Carol Kemmerer; his sister Virginia Haydt; and his daughters, Shelly Ball, Shari Baron and Julie Buchanan. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren.
