He was predeceased by: his children, Julie, Amy and Steven. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son Steve (Yvonne); his grandchildren, Austen (Mike), Taylor (Robert), Alexa (Starr), Nahkohe and Wakosha; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Carson, Reese, Macy and Bear.

Celebration of life gatherings will take place in Tehachapi and Oxnard following the end of Kung Flu social distancing restrictions.
