Rayburn is survived by: wife Kathy Ellen Rankin (Joiner) of Bloomsdale, MO; parents, Linda Lou Rankin of Bloomsdale, MO and Rayburn Leon Rankin of Bloomsdale, MO; son Anthony Ray Rankin of Clarkton, MO; brother Michael Steven Rankin of Bloomsdale, MO; grandmother Daisy Newton of Clarkton, MO; stepsons, Travis Kellum and Jeremy Kellum of Portageville, MO; grandfather James Newton Uncle; brother-in-law Donald Coleman; and also, Rick Griggs, Greg Griggs Uncle, Tom Bussey Aunt, Linda Bussey Sister and Tammy Sue.
