He is survived by: his children, Perry "Curtis" Kemper of Desloge, MO, Andrew Kemper (Julie) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Cynthia Thomas (Shawn) of Pella, Iowa; his sisters, Viola Meyer of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Bernadine Beckameyer (William) of Festus, MO and Pansy Meyer of Sainte Genevieve, MO; his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Kemper of Weingarten, MO, Della "Sis" Kemper of Weingarten, MO and Jacqueline Kemper of Hillsboro, MO; and his nephew Stephen Kemper (Laura) of Sainte Genevieve, MO. He is also survived by Three Grandchildren and Two Step-Grandchildren.
