He is survived by: his children, Michael Mullins of Springfield, MO, Matthew Mullins of Sainte Genevieve, MO and Marcia Shannon (Brent) of Rowley, IA; his siblings, Rebecca Pruitt of South Fulton, TN, Sarah Johnson of Mayfield, KY and Reuben Mullins (Barbara) of Phenix City, AL; and his grandchildren, Ava Brooke and Allie Grace Shannon.
