She was predeceased by: her husband Robert L. Basler; her grandson Kyle Allen Peery; and her parents, Edgar Naeger and Evelyn Naeger (Joggerst). She is survived by: her children, Joan Williams (Jeff) of Crystal City, MO, Jean Peery (Jason) of Bloomsdale, MO, Cheryl Peterein (Tim) of Fenton, MO and Kevin Basler; her siblings, Jerome Naeger, Mary Ann Propst (Dale) and Theresa Naeger of Sainte Genevieve, MO; her grandchildren, Joshua Peery (Carrisa), Ryan Peterein of Fenton, MO and Dr. Jessica Peterein of Fenton, MO; and her great grandchild Ella.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Basler Funeral Home (685 Center Dr, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sts. Philip and James Church - River Aux.
