He is survived by: his wife Jean; his daughters, Beth Caldwell (Bo), Susan Johnson (Carl Kinsky) and Teresa Johnson (Joe Madden); his brother Mike Johnson (Nedra); his mother Glenda Johnson; and his grandson Austin Caldwell (Caley).
