It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Flanagan (Sainte Genevieve, Missouri), who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. "Dub" and Lillian Flanagan; her husband Dennis Howard; and her sister Charmain. She is survived by: her daughter Briana Howard (Josh Hanna); her siblings, Carl Stewart (Kay) and Elaine Cowan (David); her stepdaughter Wendy Bolte (Carl); and her stepbrother Tom (Jola). She is also survived by children; and many beloved friends.
