He was predeceased by: his son Hemant Jaysukhlal Bhagha; his son-in-law Mehesh Lakhu; and his parents, Kuverji K. Patel and Dhani K. Patel. He is survived by: his wife Kamoo J (Zambia); his daughters, Minaxi Patel (Narendra), Nutan Lakhu, Varsha Patel (Bipin) and Divya Mancha (Manoj); his daughter-in-law Dhrutika Hemant Patel of Sainte Genevieve, MO; his siblings, Savita Patel (Hasmukh) and Govind Patel (Savita); and his grandchildren, Hajal Patel (Neil), Atish Lakhu (Bhakti), Kartik Patel, Draupad Mancha, Veeral Patel, Avina Patel, Juhi Mancha, Payal Patel and Vinil Bhagha. He is also survived by his friends and family.
He was an honest man who always donated without needing any recognition.
