She was predeceased by: her husband William P. Goatley; her parents, Charles Herbert Roberts and Mildred Roberts (Clark); her sister Sarah Ann Roberts; and her grandson Timothy Barbee (Genevieve).
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Elder (Thomas) of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Sally Louis (James) of Bloomsdale, MO and Sue Ellen Dowdy (Billy) of Barlow, KY; her sisters, Margaret Wright of Metropolis, IL and Carla Shemwell (Craig) of Cairo, IL; her grandchildren, Jacob Barbee (Hannah), Garrett Elder (Ashton), Samantha Dowdy (Berry) and William Dowdy; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Ryder, Ramsey, Lainey, Eddie, Remy and Henry. She is also survived by Many Nieces & Nephews.
