He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Schweiss and Pearl Schweiss (Kreitler); his wife Donna Lee Schweiss (Schilly); his brother Clifford Schweiss; and his brother-in-law Larry Wilson.
He is survived by: his sons, Keith Schweiss (Barbara) of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Kevin Schweiss (Gwen) of Perryville, MO, Kirk Schweiss (Terri) of Sainte Genevieve, MO and Karl Schweiss (Kim); his sister-in-law Barbara Schweiss; his sister Delores Wilson; his grandchildren, Brandi, Kyle, Kim, Aaron, Brent, Presley, Paul, Hannah, Eileen, Jacob, Kayla, Kendal and Kassidy; and his great grandchildren, Mia, Kayden, Collin, Casen, Christian, Madison, Chloe, Henry, Piper and Penelope.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Basler Funeral Home (685 Center Dr, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670). A Mass was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (40 St Agnes Dr, Bloomsdale, MO 63627).
Memorials can be made to Alzheimers Association and Valle Football Association.
