He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Geneva Cook and Floyd Cook; his siblings, Larry, Philip, Ricky Cook, Dale, Scott Whitley, Stacey, Shelly, Rodger and Robby Whitley; his sons, Dan Cook Jr. and Bill Cook; his grandparents, Henry and Annar Cook; and his wife Jody. He was also cherished by 5 grand children and 2 great grandchildren.
