She is survived by: her daughter Trisha Haley (Debbie) of Farmington, MO; her siblings, Virgina Woodard, Linda Hammer (Donald) and Michael Roth (Vita); her brother-in-law Jim Roth; and her granddaughter Ashley Cain. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
