We are sad to announce that on September 3, 2021, at the age of 75, Billie J. Royster of Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, born in Steeleville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Willard Patterson; her husband William Royster; her granddaughter Chelsie Brandon; her great grandchild Ellie Heller; her brother Dean Patterson; and her brother-in-law Thomas Throop.
She is survived by: her mother Ruth Turner Patterson of Freeman Spur, IL; her children, Dawn Brandon (Joe) of Campbell Hill, Doug Hammel (Kathy) of Ava and Sherry Blacklock (Roger) of Vergennes; her close friend James Elwyn of Ste. Genevieve; and her sister Pat Throop of Freeman Spur, IL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to a Love Fund for the Family.
