He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hasty and Helen Hasty (Talken). He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Gibson and Erica Derousse; and his siblings, Derek Hasty (Cheryl) of Park Hills, MO, Lewis Hasty of Fredericktown, MO, Renee Carrow (Stephen) of Linn Creek, MO and Sandra Michler (Russell) of Pevely, MO. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
