She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph B. Portell, Sr.; her siblings, Elmer Donze, Bill Donze, Norbert Donze, Donald Donze, Jerome Donze, Doris Neal and Aldine Lalumondier; her parents, Lawrence William Donze and Mary Elizabeth Donze (Huck); and her grandson Ben Hoyle (Marc Elizondo).
She is survived by: her children, Ann Portell of Greenville, SC, Pat Robertson (Steve) of Cincinnati, OH, Mary Clare Rozier (Joe) of Sainte Genevieve, MO, Arleen Elizondo (Louis) of San Antonio, TX and Ralph Portell Jr. (Leila) of Sterling, AK; and her grandchildren, Matthew Hoyle, Nicholas Robertson, Rae Anderson, Anthony Robertson, Joseph Rozier, SJ, Maria Kiphart, J. Eli Portell, Katherine Aileen Portell, Jon Paul Elizondo and Clare Elizondo. She is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren.
