He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Stephen and Bernadine Ann Otto (Werdehausen); his son Scott Daniel Otto; his sister Marilyn Bax; and his sister-in-law Donna Otto.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Otto; his children, Kenny Otto (Crista), Gabe Otto (Vanessa) and Lynn Kleffner (Henry); his brothers, Donnie Otto, Eugene Otto, Dennis Otto and Glenn Otto; and his brother-in-law Gayle Bax. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren;14 great-grandchildren.
