He is survived by: his mother Teresa Skinner; his stepfather Kurtus Miller of Keokuk; his siblings, Kenneth "Duke" Rowley (Dani), Stephanie Miller of Keokuk and Justin Rowley of St. Louis, MO; his children, Hayden Rowley of Keokuk, Gavin Rowley, Jr. of Marion, OH and Kenneth M. Rowley of Marion, OH; his grandchild Ariana Jordan of Marion, OH; his grandparents, Peggy Skinner of Keokuk, Don, Judy Skinner of Montrose, IA, Paul and Joyce Miller of Warsaw, IL.; his sisters, Kristina Finley (Darren) of Silvis, IL, Christina Kramer Kayla Miller (Darec) of Warsaw, IL and Kelsy Miller of Warsaw, IL; his aunts and uncles, Kimberly Farias of Keokuk, Rick Rowley (Denise) of Florissant, MO and Chris Campbell (Kenny) of St. Louis, MO; his cousins, Scott, Sophia, Kory Skinner of Hamilton, IL, Ashylin Morgan (Dillon) of Keokuk, Olivia Skinner (Luke) of Denver, CO, Jessica Nye (Andrew) of Keokuk, Colby Tate (Nicki) of Alexandria, MO, Jared Jobe of Keokuk, Matt, Amy, Elizabeth, Jayson and Shawn of St. Louis, MO; his godfather Dan Bell (Kim); and also Michael Bell (Jennifer) of Keokuk.
