He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lambert and Imogene Ann Volmert (Lueckenotto); his brother-in-law Danny Libbert; his nephew Kurt Volmert; his great-nephew Austin Webb; his siblings-in-law, Johnny Stokes and Beverly Norton (Tom); and his parents-in-law, John and Bernice Stokes.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Volmert; his sons, Jason Volmert (Jenna) and Jordan Volmert (Janna); his grandsons, Johnathon, Jase and Jamison; his siblings, Roger Volmert (Eileen), Linda Kiesling (David), Darlene Libbert and Ruth Stokes (Jim); and his sisters-in-law, Marsha Colvin (Greg) and Debbie Stokes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Thomas the Apostle School.
