He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Welsh and Virginia Ann Welsh (Bradford); his son Eli; and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his son Joshua Welsh (Jamie) of Altona, Illinois; and his siblings, Mark Welsh (Renee) of East Galesburg, Illinois and Cathy Baughman of Monmouth, Illinois.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
