He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Gallagher Sr. and Louise Gallagher; and his brother Timothy Gallagher. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Gallagher; and his sister Terry Yarbrough (Mike). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery (1027 S 6th St, St Charles, MO 63301).
