He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Derby. He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly Derby; his children, Kayla Meyer (Ryan) and Steven Derby; his grandchildren, Cameron Meyer, Mackenzie Derby, Macie Meyer and Jace Meyer; and his siblings, Sharon Azzara (Darin Arnold), Denny Hawkins (Danielle) and Rick Cook (Susie).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
