He is survived by: his father Jerry Maple; his sisters, LeeAnn Chrisco and Angela Ward; his brothers-in-law, Donny Chrisco and Kenny Ward; his nephew Justin Chrisco; and his nieces, Bridgette Chrisco, Jada Ward and Kendall Ward.
