He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Ellen Carter; his children, Stephen Carter (Trisa), Annetta Wilkinson (Lyle), Laura Carter, Tina Peters (James), Jack Carter and Diana Olander (Aaron); his grandchildren, Leland Fisher, Jennifer Fisher, Kayla Bliggenstorfer, Alex Bliggenstorfer, Emma Bliggenstorfer, James Peters, Anna Peters, Mackenzie Olander, Sophia Kaley and Isabella Kaley; and his sister Judith Cowser.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - O'Fallon (311 Wood St, O'Fallon, MO 63366).
