He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Ann Cox; his parents, Ruth Kirk and Nelson Cox; his daughter Marilyn Cox; and his brother Gerald D. Cox.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jill Italiano, Corrie O'Toole, Sabrina Melton, Tara Kannel, Amanda Melton, Jayne Pietrangelo, Ryan Cox and Hilary Gamache.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at the St. Charles Memorial Gardens (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301).
Memorials may be made in Robert 's name to Wounded Warriors or Shiner's Hospital or Boone Center Inc.
