Though Richard Arthur may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Richard Arthur touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Frances Marie Seifert; his parents, Arthur G. Seifert and Elizabeth Marie McNiff; and his children, Donna Harding (Leonard), Michael Seifert (Terri), Deborah Frkovic (Robert), Douglas Seifert and Denise Caimi.

Memorials may be made in Richard's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
