He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude L. Moore and Virginia J. Moore; his daughter Tina Mantia (Shannon); his grandson Corey Mantia; his great grandchild Parker Mantia; and his sisters, Joyce and Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Moore; his children, Michael Moore, Jr. and Bonnie Boeck (Josh); his grandchildren, Damien Mantia, Kurstin Reinhardt (Daniel), Cody Grover (Karlie), Haylie Boeck and Audrey Boeck; his great grandchild Layla Grover; and his siblings, Terry and Gerry.
Memorials may be made in Michael's name to the American Cancer Society.
