She was predeceased by: her husband James Mottin; her parents, Claude Everett Allen and Gladys Louvinia Allen; her daughter Melody Lenhard (Jack); and also Tommy Allen.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn "Mickey" LaFerla (Frank), Michael Powers (Jenny) and Mark Powers (Nancy); her stepsons, Don Mottin (Brenda), Steve Mottin (Barbara) and Michael Smith (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Jackie Sweaney (Jon), Sal LaFerla (Anna), Brian Powers, Aaron Powers (Sheila) and Michael Powers (Taylor); and her stepgrandchildren, Angie, Rachel, Adam and Joel.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Baue Funeral Home - Cave Springs (3950 W Clay St, St Charles, MO 63301). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (5239 W Florissant Ave, St. Louis, MO 63115).
Memorials may be made in Marilyn's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
