He is survived by: his brothers, Steven Neff (Cindy) and Charles Neff (Donna); his daughters, Jennifer Neff and Erika Holland (Jason); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Neff and James'Hank'Holland; his great grandchild Jaxon Moore; his nephews, Mason Neff (Amanda) and Lucas Neff (Kaitlin); and his niece Meagan Pruett (Andrew).
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alternative Funeral & Cremation Services (2115 Parkway Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
