She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan Bullar; and her parents, Casey Allen and Dorothy Allen. She is survived by: her children, Darrell Bullar (Gina), Kim Bullar (Terry) and Penny Kassing (Mark); her grandchildren, Rachel, Jonah (Abi), Joel (Hannah), Abigail, Brittany (Johnnie), Heather, Ryan, Bryan (Jess), Matthew, Daniel, Samuel (Leslie), Brooke (Michael), Kristi (Justin), Keri (Anthony), Joshua and Jeremiah Kassing; and her siblings, Tony Minardi, Ralph "Butch" Minardi, Angie Minardi and Barbara Allen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (837 Mid Rivers Mall Dr, St Peters, MO 63376). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
