She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hughes and Bernice Hughes. She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Forgach (Derek); her brother Wayne Hughes (Judy); her nieces, Sara Hughes and Kelly Lennox (Martin); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jacob, Kalob Wulfert, Molly, MaKenzie, Amelia and Ella Lennox.
