She was predeceased by: her daughter Mindy Green (Terry); her parents, Robert Butler and Thelma Butler; and her sister Phyllis Myer. She is survived by: her children, Bo Campbell (Cathy) and Leigh Shull (Scott); and her grandchildren, Christie Campbell, Daniel Campbell, Kelly Campbell, Sam Shull and Sadie Shull.
