He is survived by: his father Dave Cichon; his siblings, Pam Belcher (George) and Brett Cichon (Sissy); his children, Chris Cichon (Rachel) and Amy Paulk (Cade); his grandchildren, Cruz Cichon, Ryder Cichon, Chase Cichon, Jaxon Paulk, Jude Paulk and Ivy Paulk; and his niece Dawn Rothermich.
