He was predeceased by: his parent Margaret Stropes. He is survived by: his children, Andrew T. Quinones Jr. (Kelly) and Christopher D. Quinones (Julie); and his siblings, Terri Sonderman (Steven), Peggy Horn (John) and Edward Stropes.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations are preferred to the American Heart Association.
