She is survived by: her husband Gene Spurgeon; her children, Jim Spurgeon (Sarah Conant) of Imperial, Joe Spurgeon (Heather) of Festus and Vicki Miller (Cory Ransdell) of West Point; her grandchildren, Lacy, Rachel, Olivia, Curtis, Brenden, Kaleb, Madison and Mackenzie; and her siblings, Jack Rennaker (Cheryl) of Branson and Ann Brookhart of Memphis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
