She is survived by: her mother Ruth Ann Ware; her husband Robert James Brown; her sons, Jerel Brown (Aariel) and Joel Brown (Ivy); her grandchildren, Aalyviana, Aamariana, Aazariana and Aaudriana Brown; her sister Charise Wilson (Michael L.); and her nieces and nephews, Chimira Durr, Anika Wilson and Malachi Wilson. She is also survived by cousins, their families, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shepard Funeral Chapel (9255 Natural Bridge Rd, St. Louis, MO 63134). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5200 Lucas and Hunt Rd, St. Louis, MO 63121).
