She is survived by: her siblings, Alice Barr, Charles Johnson, Benjamin Johnson and Michael Johnson; her children, Tammy Fortner, Mary Thaxton and Bill Thaxton (Rita); her grandchildren, Billy Thaxton, Madison Fortner, Mariah Thaxton, Matthew Thaxton and Marisah Thaxton; and her great grandchildren, Samara, Trey, Kashiss, Chevelle, Kamryn, Louis and Lucian. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
